The Design Phase
- Provide a complete door scheduling and specification advice service to architects, end users and contractors, suitable for applications across various sectors.
- Preparation of door hardware specification and detailed master key schedules
- Preparation of all the necessary details for doors, frames, and threshold…etc.
- Preparation of the doors and hardware manual with the required presentation.
- Include and consider all local codes, international codes, laws and regulations applied to the Project.
- Coordinate and incorporate design requirements from the other design team members, the Owner, Regulatory Agencies, etc. as required to provide a design that is integrated with the Project and requirements for the Project.
- Assist the design team to meet the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) over the project requirements.
- Provide information necessary for pricing packages and assist in evaluating the pricing throughout the design process.
